The children’s chorus has just started practicing their songs and have a DVD to listen to. Preschoolers also have a part in the program.

“Ring the Bells”
We look forward to working with the Salvation Army again at the Logli’s store on Charles Street (inside east entry doors), as we have the last several years. This is a great opportunity for all... seniors, families, parents with a child, grandparents with a grandchild, too.
Shifts are for two hours on the following dates:
Tuesday, Nov. 27Noon - 8pm
Wednesday, Dec. 5Noon - 8pm
Thursday, Dec. 13Noon - 8pm
Friday, Dec. 2110am - 8pm

Warm Hearts, Warm Kids
At the end of November the ornaments will appear on the Christmas Tree for the “Warm Hearts, Warm Kids” gifts at John Nelson School. We pray these opportunities will bless others as well as the givers.
Rockford Rescue Mission News
Nov. 16 & 17 is the grand opening of their new Thrift Store location at 2710 - 20th St (formerly Bob’s Hardware). Hours are M-F from 9am to 8pm and Saturday from 9am-5pm. Closed on Sundays.
Donations are accepted until 6pm.
-- Help provide Thanksgiving Dinner at the Rescue Mission. We will collect the following until Nov. 12
and our Mission Team will deliver them. Bring to the upstairs baskets under the blackboard where we had the school supplies and books.

ALPHA classes...
a short practical introduction to the Christian faith where we have a meal, watch a DVD and meet in small groups to discuss and study the Bible. It’s been a few years since over 70 people participated. Are you interested?
